Morning all :)

Off to work in a bit, out for dinner this evening :)  Hope everyone has a fabulous day!

B - coffee with milk x 2
S - 21g old cheddar, 2 melba rounds, pickle
L - tuna sandwich with tons of veggies, hold the bread
S - melon chunks (1/2 cup), tea
D - not sure - likely chicken with some sort of yummy salad

Good morning....

Karen that tuna sounds delish....
I have been eating bland for a bit and I'm so craving something different.....

Got my PS date...July 8th....excited for that...I need some boobies!!!!!!

Was under the house yesterday trying to shut off my water...the tap is dripping outside and I can feel the money draining from my wallet!!!!   Grrr
Called son over and he went under to help me out...sometimes I just don't have the man strength....
Getting it fixed today....more money but at least it won't be a steady drip.....

Payday today....that's always a good day!!!!

S kashi cereal
L chicken salad
S not sure
D Hmmmm maybe tuna and veggies
S fruit....berries....

Judy, the people at the little coffee shop in my office building laugh - I don't even have to order, they just say, "hold the bread, right!". lol

That makes me laugh Karen, because when I order out for lunch, it's either the lasagna, hold the noodles or a steak sub - hold the sub.  The lady taking the orders laughs every time and little do the know that these little meals last me 2-4 lunches!

A little diner around the corner from work - no franchises, lol!  It's great, lots of mushrooms, meat sauce and cheese!

  good morning Karen and everyone!!

Not sure what today holds for me.. no calls for work yet. I might cut the lawn and drag my neighbour for a walk

B- greek yoguart w/strawberries and granola
S- banana
L- 1/2 mock chicken sandwich
S- fibre plus bar/ protein shake
D- leftover pork chop and corn
S- cottage cheese

all water and vitamins in :)

BELOW GOAL        Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!!   Life is GREAT!!!  Had my plastic surgery!
