Morning all :)

Still without a computer at home and it's making me a tad nutty.  No comments necessary. lol

B - coffee with milk x2
S - 2 oz old cheddar, small handful of almonds
L - going to Tim's to get a coffee for "Camp Day", so I think I'll have chili, skip the bun
S - likely just tea
D - BBQ burger with all the fixings, skip the bun, small green salad, a ilttle dressing

I've dumped three times in three days (including this morning) so I have to cut back to basics until I figure it out.  milk? sweetener?  eating/drinking too much too fast?

B - thin bagel w. peanut butter, latte
S - nothing for a few hrs I think
L - greek yogourt
S - protein shake
D - tuna salad

must get out for a walk at lunch - such a beautiful day

I think so - that's the only thing in common all three times.  But I have that medium skim
latte every morning - sure surprised me today.

Hmmm.... you sure they put SF syrup in it?  I watch them like a hawk. lol

sneaky!  I watch to make sure it's skim milk.  but I don't get syrup - I put in a bit of splenda.  maybe I'm developing lactose intolerance, or maybe I just chugged it down too fast.

Good morning Karen and everyone!!

What another gorgeous day today I'm just relaxing this morning and working this afternoon.

B- egg omelet w/mushrooms and old cheddar
S- apple
L- ribs and salad
S- protein shake
D- prolly more ribs and some salad
S- cheese and crackers

all water and vitamins in

Just got in from a 4 mile walk. Weather is gorgeous.. mild and breezy.

B - protein shake with milk and yogurt added to bump up protein count
S 1/4 tangerine  1oz swiss cheese
L - 1/2 slice 12 grain bread toasted w. 2 slices turkey bacon and 1 slice tomato
S- 1 heaping tablespoon of almonds 2 dried apricots
D- 2 oz bbq chicken breast meat, 1/2 c tossed green salad, 1/4 c greek yogurt with sliced strawberries on top
S  1/2 c greek yogurt flavored w. crystal light

Will update as the day goes on as I have no clue where we are eating.  Heading to Eaton's Centre around 1 so will most likely do lunch there then dinner maybe right at the hotel.  I know I see a Starbuck's latte or vivianno in my future that is a for sure.

3 cups of coffee at the hotel before breakfast

B - breakfast at Fran's 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, 1/2 piece whole wheat toast

L - FF pudding

S - FF pudding

D - grilled pickeral, veggies

S - walking up to Starbucks later for a Venti Latte

FRANS!! YUmmm......love their toasted western - can only eat 1/2 as its huge....enjoy yourself there

I am assuming you are in Toronto for your mom? Sorry been away the past 10 days or so....if so hope it all goes well Tracy
