What are you eating/doing today? (Saturday)

Good morning :)

I have to do some work today (ugh) but I really want to get this project done and sorted out by Monday.  Just got my Grocery Gateway order, so fully stocked for the week. (As an aside, I love GG. They do all the heavy lifting while I hold the door. lol)

Today:

B - latte, Kashi peanut bar
S - yogurt with blueberries, handful of almonds
L - turkey soup, 2 crackers, 1 oz old cheddar
S - veggies with a little dip
D - lasagna, caesar salad
S - glass of red

Good Morning!

I got to start full fluids yesterday! GOOD BYE CHICKEN BROTH!! 

B- oatmeal, milk- 1/2 cup tea
S- orange juice
L- some kinda cream soup
S- V8 juice
D- cream soup and SF pudding
S- yougurt.

Touch wood all this went in very well yesterday!..it was like heaven!!

Hope everyone has a fantastic and safe Easter with their families!

It's such a treat getting to progress through the stages, isn't it?  I remember getting to eat pureed egg salad and a tsp of mashed potatoes and thought that I'd gone to heaven. lol

Good Morning All!

Off to go to training this morning in preparation for working the Election....here's hoping I can keep my eyes open!  Hoping to just be ble to spend the whole rest of the day at home after that!  I definitely need some home time!

B - Toast with peanut butter

S - Whole wheat wrap with roasted turkey, cheese, spinach, mustard, FF mayo

L - Lasagna minus the noodles 

D - BBQ'd burger with the fixings maybe some salad

S - More hamburger

Hoping to have a great eating day today.....so far I don't feel like eating anything at all....hope that changes!

LOL!  It did sound good didn't it.....of course that isn't at all what I ended up having!  LOL!  I had the turkey and cheese on whole wheat bread with FF mayo and mustard.  It was still tasty!

Morning everyone

Karen I love Grocery Gateway too....still go to the grocery store a few times a week for fish and little things....but oh how I love the big things delivered

Bod is in pain today....walked 18 very hilly holes yesterday pushing my cart....first time I have walked and pulled/pushed my cart in 20 years....proud of myself....but between the cold on the bones and the hills on the muscles....yikes

B - protein shake

s - pissed at myself - just had a low fat muffin that one of the staff brought in....I hate eating poorly this early in the day!

l - leftover steak

s - yogurt and fruit

d - salmon and asparagus

s - if I need one - skinny cow

All water and vits

I've been out and about for hrs already but want to post for accountability!  had a wonderful hike in High Park this morning w daughter, granddaughter and their dog.  feeling really good.

B - skinny latte
S - 3/4 thin bagel with 1.5 oz cheddar
L - pastaless lasagna 
S - protein bar (I'm in love with the chocolite bars)
D - chicken fajitas, hold the wrap
S - brie and pear

Enjoy the sunshine if you have it where you are...
