Opinions and hope please :)

I contacted the Cori Center up in MI regarding if they would accept my insurance (OH Medicaid/Disability) The office didn't say yes or no, but they are sending me Insurance verification papers to fill out. Can I get my hopes up now that this is a yes about accepting my insurance? They wouldn't waste their paperwork, time or postage if the answer was no would they? Whatchall think?
