I am looking for a surgeon in New Jersey that accepts 

HORIZON NJ Health insurance, part of medicaid.

Hi! Welcome! I am not sure where you live but I live in Morris County. I love my surgeon, Doctor Jordan Garrison. He has 2 offices, one in Dover NJ (Morris county) and another one I think in Montclair. I don't know the insurances he takes but I have aetna and he takes that. You can google different surgeons and call them up and ask if they take your insurance =) GOOD LUCK
