Is there a support group in Norfolk

I have just moved to the norfolk area. My mother fell and broke her arm and if they are going to stay on the farm they need help so I moved up here.  I was just wondering if there is a support group in this area?

Hope you mother gets along ok.   That is really nice of you to move and help them.
