painful leg cramps
I have no idea what is going on or if it is related to WLS but for the last two nights i am waking up with extremely horrific leg cramps/pain
it was so painful last night that i was close to passing out. my BF got a cold cloth and stood there helpless a little scared.
then bout 45 minutes later it was gone.
almost feels like a really bad charley horse X 1000
in my feet and lower legs
i did a little research on the NET (but we know how it can be) anything from clots to vitamin deficiencies. potassium or magnesium
i asked the dr to do blood work and he said it was ok in august when i was tested for everything before gall bladder surgery but some sites say that these do not always show up on blood tests.
does this sound familiar to anyone? or any suggestions?
