well hello to all, finally posting a pic but have the dreaded "i dont know how" lol. so im putting it on my profile. me the day of surgery in may and last month at seven months out.  i have lost another 14 pds since then but dont have a new pic. hope everyone is hanging on and made it through xmas and new years ok. and for those waiting, we know what its like. it will come sooner than you think. enjoy your food, start to get prepared mentally now and soon you will be on the bench with us.
