need help to take off 20bls

Hi there,Iam going into 2 years now And Iam going getting any more taken off,I don't know what to do.I try diff things and nothing is working,I need to take off 20 more can anyone help me and tell me what to do I work 1-9pm and when I get home I want to eat but I gave that up and go for a walk now.
I eat a bagel before I go to work then I have my supper at 5pm and a snack at 7 but Iam not taking nay more off thanks
I go back June for a fill but Iam at 8.75 now and only have a 10cc so I don't know what to do any more.

Try the plateau buster diet on the lap-band forum. I would also drop the bagel- it is equal to 3 or more slices of bread- the worst kind of carb.

Can you tell mew were on the forum I go for the Buster diet,Iam not able to find it thanks.
The bagel I eat is the thin ones with 100 calories,I need to just know what to buy when Iam looking  for things to eat as there is alot I can not eat like bread and eggs and meat I can only eat hamb fish and chicken.Snaks I try to eat ones that have less then 100 calories and less then 10% fat and sugar.thanks

Here is one version-
This is a plateau busting diet in case any one would like to try it... *** 1. Do this for 10 days to break a plateau. 2. Drink 2 litres of water a day. 3. You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day (some suggest at least 60 and up to 80 gr). 4. You may consume up to 3 oz of the following high protein foods, 5x a day. Beef Pork Chicken Turkey Lamb Fish Eggs Low-fat Cheese Cottage Cheese Plain Yogurt or Artificially Sweetened Peanut Butter Beans / Legumes You may also have: Sugar-Free Popsicles Tea or Coffee (decaf only) Sugar Free Jello Broths / Boullion Crystal Light Drinks 5. If it's not on the list, you can't have it for 10 days!!!! 6. Keep a food diary and try to get up to 30 mins of exercise daily.

You can google "plateau buster after gastric bypass" and a lot of responces come up. This is the one i always do...


#1 Do for 10 days to break plateau


#2 Drink 2 quarts of water a day

Don't worry about how much fluid is in your band, last visit with Dr. B he told me they did tests to see how much the lapband would hold, and he told me they put in over 100cc, I think it was actually closer to 200 cc, before the inner tube bust, so if you have a 10 cc lapband , don't worry about nearing your fill quota. I was amazed at this. As for your diet, have you tried the new Atkins diet?? I especially like a peice of celery smothered in salmon flavored cream cheese. Yummy

Last time I went to see Dr S he said that I was high for fills and that he did not want to put more in,So I don't know.All I know id the last .25 did nothing and I put on 3bls.I know DR B puts in a 14cc ban so I don't know if that is better or not.
I will see in June when I go back but I hope this is will the last one as Iam don't want to get to 10cc and then not be bale to get any more if I get .50 in june that has me at 9.25.
I just don't want to have to put it back on.Iam trying new things to not put it back on.When I went on days I was ok but then went on nights and that is were it is hard.thanks for all the tips.

I used to have a check list to see if I was following the rules, because, as we all know but like to forget, the band does not work unless you do. It is not easy that's for sure.
