2 things

First - I'm off blood pressure meds and reflux meds!! 

Second - For anyone who had to get insurance forms for disability filled out by the surgeon, how long did it take to get them back?  I've waited 2 weeks and I'm still waiting.  I've had surgeries for other things before and always had forms back in a day or 2.  Even after I get the forms, it's going to take the insurance company another couple of weeks to send any money.  Good thing I did most of my Christmas shopping before I had surgery.
