July DS'ers... Can you believe it has already been 6 months????
I look forward to hearing an update from you all.
As for me, I have lost 105 lbs so far from the beginning of this journey and feel about 20 years younger.
I will try to attach a few comparison pics and I look forward to hearing and seeing the pics of other July DS'ers.
