Question:
vomiting and hearing loss-not a question

I have had a hearing problem for quite a few years. The doc gave me a major antibiotic a few months ago and my hearing improved some. I was referred to an ENT guy to see if my sinuses were involved and am scheduled for a CAT scan. But he did tell me something interesting. I still throw up once or twice a week when I don't chew well and something gets stuck. He said the eustacian tube and something else gets involved when you vomit, which can lead to infection and damage.    — faybay (posted on August 16, 2003)
