Sublingual - as I understand it - means under your tongue....I take a B12 every Sunday. (I get mine from GNC.) They are smaller than an M&M and taste kind of orange-ish. I just pop it under my tongue while I'm making the bed and it dissolves in no time. Best of luck to you. Open RNY 7/17/01.

Sublingual is under the tongue. Dissolve it under the tongue. Do not swallow or chew it up. I take a sublingual B-12 every morning.

I take a sublinqual B-12 once a week. It dissolves under the tongue very quickly. I got it at GNC...cherry flavored.
