Question:
I'm currently getting ready to send my informaiton for an in house medical review.

My employer has the written exclusion. If they deny me this second time I know I need to ask for an outside medical review but what does that entail. Do I need to set something up, does the insurance or my employer set something up. Please help! The stress is going to kill me long before the waiting will. Thank you in advance!    — Angela P. I do know that you can contact your state insurance commisioners office and get info from them. they cover many many insurance companies and can give you great help and info I spoke with someone for michigan last week and because my insurance is self funded through my husbands union i need to do this on a federal level. Do some research on the net and you should be able to find somehelp. Good luck.
