Question:
Has anyone ever had angioplasty and still had WLS??

Or does anyone know of anyone ever having wls after angioplasty? I had a 75% blockage and had angioplastydone. My wls date was cancelled becouse of it. The Heart Dr said maybe Jan. Please help me if you can..THANKS    — [Anonymous] (posted on December 16, 2000)

I had WLS in February and an angioplasty with a stent in July. All were successful with no problems.

I have had 4 way by-pass- 3 diffrent angi's and a stent. Having Surgery 1/16/00. I have never had a heart attack.
