Hi Shirley, I am from Glennville, GA & I have a list of possible places that you might stay. I did a search using Yahoo.com at 1000 Johnson Ferry Rd NE, Atlanta, Ga which should be close to Northside Hospital I believe. I hope this helps you out a little & best wishes in regard to your surgery. God Bless. Days Inn 404-252-5782, Holiday Inn Express 770-604-2000,Courtyard by Marriott 404-843-2300, Hampton Inn 404-303-0014 Several others were also listed & you may want to do a search.

I would suggest calling the hospital itself and asking for information or contact the local chamber of commerce on line and they should be able to help you find a hotel. Good luck with this and expecially the surgery.

Try the Comfort Inn 770-828-0330 Its on the street that runs beside the hospital and is a half mile away. Across the street there is a Marriott but you will get more bang for your buck at Comfort and it really is a nice hotel. Good Luck

Hi I want to say congrats on your surgery date. I also had my surgery in Canton at Northside Cherokee just last week. Comfort Inn is where I stayed but they tried to charge me more that what was quoted to me. Make sure you get names. It was a nice place but if you are a light sleeper you may want an upstairs room. We had someone with kids and a party which lasted until 3-4am could hear the laughing and thumping. Atlanta is quite a drive to Canton. Also you may ask for a cot to be placed in your room for your husband to sleep on so he can stay near you. That way you don't have to pay for additional nights. Could save you some money. I didn't know that but just thought you would like to know. If I can be anymore assistance you can email me. Good luck Tammy
