What can you do if your past Doctors have lost your medical files doumenting past

I had no documented past as far as weigth loss was concerned. I guess it all depends on your insurance company. My surgeons office just sent a picture of me and wrote a letter to my insurance company. They approved within a very short time. I hope this helps. Your Weight Loss Pal.

I use Cigna and they only required a history (no documentation. Good Luck
