Does anyone know of doctors who do the surgery at a reduced fee

I hope this information helps you. There is a doctor here in cincinnati, ohio that does the surgery at a reduced rate. He only charges what he would get from insurance company.The surgery costs about 3grand, but insurance only pays about half that. So he does the surgery(open) for $1500 and some change. Hospital fees and antist. extra.3-5 day stay starts at 13,000 and goes to 17,000. He has you pay about 500 or so up front and the rest after surgery. The hospital is a little different.
