Question:
Is anyone else stuck in Preferred Cares Policy change 4/1/05? Help!

They are now "making" me go through 44 visits to the Uof R in Rochester, NY before I can go through surgery. I had my nutrition appt. and psych appt. set up and my seminar with Dr. Thad Boss, only to find out on 4/19/05 that I got caught by a policy change. I would like to know if anyone knows a way out of it? I guess the required program is 30 weeks long and is 44 visits. I was ready for my surgery, now I'm backed up for another year of waiting.
