anyone gone to Mexico for lap band

will have to self pay so am thinking of going to Mexico for the adjustable lap band. need a list of Drs. and would like the proceedure for getting in touch with him or her.    — Linda B. (posted on September 28, 2003)

Look in the library, a lot fo people on this website went to Mexico. Also look in the website under "south of the border"

Check out that list in TF's site. I went with Dr Ortiz in Tijuana and am thrilled. Check out Drs Ortiz, Kuri, Lopez out of Tijuana, and Drs Rumbalt (sp?) and Sanchez out of Monterrey, and Dr Rodriquez in a bordertown outside of Texas. Good luck!
