Question:
Where can I find 2 ounce measuring cup?

I was wondering where could I find this item. I have searched places where cookware is sold but I can't seem to get my hands on one. Would someone please help me find a place in NY? websites, stores ,.etc.    — e T. (posted on April 13, 2003)

I don't know if they have these in your town, but Gordon Food Service sells the plastic 2 oz. disposable cups (lids too).

If you are just using it to measure food, try a food scale. I have a great one. You can put the bowl or plate on first before you turn it on and it will minus the weight of the bowl or plate so you can weigh your food accurately. It can interchange between ounces and grams. Good Luck.

I bought a "measuring glass" that is marked from .5 oz to 4 oz, 3 Tsp to 24 Tsp, 1 Tbs to 8 Tbs, and 10 ml to 120 ml as you turn the glass. It is great for measuring liquids. I got it at Walmart for $1.97. it was in the kitchenware dept. with the other measuring cups and spoons.

A childs medicine cup is what I use. It is 1 oz. That's what they recommended in the hospital.

I sell Tupperare and have had several people purchase our midgetts. They have markings for 1 oz, 1 1/2 oz and 2 oz. I'm having my surgery the end of this month and I think these are going to be a big help. If you'd like to contact me my web site is www.my.tupperware.com/jwatrous . Janine

I use the 1 ounce (30ml) plastic medicine cups. I was given a fairly good supply of them when I was in the hospital with my WLS~I'm told you can find some at some of the discount stores, K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Cosco, and some stores like that. Hope this helps.

You can use one of the pryex 1 cup measuring cups. They have the oz's marked off. You can also go to Bed Bath and Beyond, and they have the shot sized glasses that are marked in oz's. They usualy are about the 2 oz size
