Hi Kimberely, I do not have a complete list however, you can find one in the "library" section of this web page. At the top right hand corner of your screen is a link to the "Library". You will find your answers there very fast!! Hope this helps, best wishes in your journey to WLS.

Hi, some of the things that got me approved on the first try were that I have sleep apnea, diabetes, high blood pressure and arthritis in my knees. One other thing I did was write letters to my gynocologist, arthritis doctor and my pulmonary doctor (sleep apnea doc) asking for letters of support to be sent to me so I could take them to my initial consultation. The doctors were very cooperative and sent the letters a couple of weeks prior to my appointment. I made copies and kept the originals. I took my letter to them and their replies to the appointment and had them logged into my file. I was approved without any questions. Hope this will help. Martha
