If you are having any compications due to your weight such as sleep apena, cholestrol, high blood pressure, diabetics. Tell him how many medical supervised and nonmedically supervised diets you have been on. You will need proof of these. Tell him how long you have been overweight, how many of your family members are overweight. Hopes this helps you out some
