Question:
How does one file a complaint?

The guy at my insurance company said it would be covered if doctor deemed it medically necessary. I have a letter from the doctor stating such, but now he says it has to go to a review board because the policy excludes weight loss surgery. I smell a fish here...........    — Rosie P. I just looked up Insurances in my state and it popped up! If you need any information just email me at [email protected] I will try to help you as much as I can! I'm going through this and I have the whole nine yards covered! Thank god though I found someone to work with me from the inside:) just stay strong ... it'll be hard to I know many nights i have wished and cried. But I think it just might pay off!
