Question:
Advice on incisional hernia repair needed.

I just developed a hernia (at work)and will need surgery, has anyone also had a TT at the same time? Did a Plastic surgeon do the hernia repair? I'm having a double hernia repair and TT on Jan. 21. My gastric bypass surgeon is doing the repairs and a plastic surgeon is doing the TT.I don't live in Fla. but thought this might help. I'm almost 20 months post and I've lost over 200 lbs. God Bless, Susy

I am having the panni plus double incisional hernia repair. The hernia will be fixed with mesh and laproscopily. This is being done by a bariatric surgeon, Dr. McNatt then the plastic surgeon will come in and do the panni. I am trying to eat a lot of protein in preparation. Good luck to you all!
