I notice that I only compare myself to those who lose more quickly than I do! It is twisted but that is me! I went to my support group at 3+ months and there was a woman at 6 weeks out who had lost as much as I had. It is baffling but I lose every week and that has to be a good thing. You will get under 200! Just keep doing what you know are the right things and you will be there before you know it! Lap RNY 1/15/03 277/266(day of surgery)/199/147

It seems to be very common that when your starting BMI is low (as it appears yours is/was), that the weight comes off slower. Be patient :>)

You don't say your age or any other problems. I hit the magic 50 this year and started out with diabetes. My Dr told me I would lose slower than younger people and diabetics lose slower. So as long as I keep losing something, I have to be content.
