Question:
Has anyone with atrial fibrillation stopped having it after WLS?

I have atrial fibrillation and I am wondering if it is one of the conditions that might improve or go away after WLS. I have read the posts about AF, and haven't seen anything to that effect...    — Tim W. (posted on March 7, 2003)

I am 15 days post-op and still have atrial fibrillation. This is something I was told I would have for the rest of my life - and have had since I was 12 years old. Renee
