I dont have a regular pcp..CA someone tell me a dr in houston

Rebecca, Are you sure you need a referral from a pcp? Your profile indicates you have Aetna PPO. Most PPO plans don't require referrals. Call your insurance co and ask if you need a referral. If they say you do, call Dr. Wongsa's office and ask them for some names of PPO's that have given their other patients referrals.
