PCP That accepts SC medicaid in or around Charleston SC

Hi, Mrs. Evelyn, I'm Shanicqua. I'm 21 years old and I also had Dr. Sabback as my surgeon. My PCP was in a clinic called Family Medecine that is located in downtown Charleston, SC on Calhound St.( I also have Medicaid.) I will say that just about all PCP's accept Medicaid. Medicaid paid for my entire surgery. I had surgery on January 3, 2002 @10:30a.m. Anyway, I started at 270 pounds and now I weigh 172 pounds. I have no problems and you can e-mail me if you need more answers.

Evelyn MUSC has a PCP group that accepts Medicaid. I know it is very, very hard to find a PCP in the Charleston area that accepts Medicaid. I just went through it, and I ended up calling Medicaid directly in order to find a PCP. You can also try Sea Island Medical in Hollywood, SC. Susan
