Question:
vocational rehab. in the state of kansas

does anyone out there know if kansas has this type of program available? I am not considered low enough income to qualify for medicaid ins. (my children are). and from the looks of the website about ks. voc. rehab. , it looks like it is administered by srs(welfare dept.)and I am wondering if the same income requirements apply. (my husb. works , i work only 4 hr.s a week , can't work any more then that due to weight . thanks for any info. or advice.    — susyalba (posted on August 14, 2003)

even though VR is through the same office they have a slightly different income requirements.I also could not get medicaid...but I am able to go through VR...i live in NC but i think its pretty much the same...if u have any ?s email me ill be glad to help
