Question:
With BTC in Lanhorne Pa, how long does it take to schedule a date?

I have already done my surgical consult and have my insurance approval. I had to have another doctor sign off on the surgery which was received on Monday. I talked to BTC yesterday and they told me it could take up to two weeks for the scheduling dept to call me!! I was told that the surgeon already approved everything..Why does it take so long???    — kle0007 (posted on November 7, 2002)
