I know that many use vit. E. I have been using a lotion I found at Walmart called bodycology. I bought the cherry blossom scent. Its pretty perfumey. I cant wear most scents but this one works for me and my skin is looking great. you might look it up on line and see what you think, Suzette

I have read lots of medical information on diffverent creams that are claiming to reduce wrincles streachmarks and desolve or change the appearance of celulite.. Well the general consencis is si mply this eat well lots of fruits and vitimens lots of protein and drink lots of water. Nature is not always kind to us that have gone on the weight loss journy weather it be diet or surgery that we chose. However creams will help the look of your skin but expholiation first before cream is the best. I personaly use cool water only to wash my face with baking soda and then vitiman E oil in a small amount to re moisten the skin. If I need an astringiant then I use which hazel. For blemishes that are erupting proxcide is the best. The creams that are refered to and claim to work is not the cause of celulite loss but the massaging that you are doing when you are appplying that actuly is the cause of the results. Hint that you have probably heard that works is this NEVER use hot water on your skin not in a shower or bath. warm and your are done. Washing your hair should be done only with warm water and rinced with cool. that way you remove all the soaps and conditioners ane give your hair a sealing of the shafts thus giving you the healthy shine when it dries and getting rid of the excess conditioner that hot water dosen't get out will leave your hair bouncy.
