Question:
Is there anyone out there that was heavy chested and lost breast size?

At times when I have lose weight I didn't lose breast size. I worried about becoming thin and having breast down to my knees. Please advise.    — [Anonymous] (posted on February 20, 2001)

I hated having large breasts 46DD I never could find a bra that fit. Now 12 months post op I am down to a 34B my husband is very disappointed but I don't care I had my time with big boobs. I did buy hand weights and have started exercises to strengthen that area.

I was a 40D and now I am a 34B(which I think is now an A cup), I look like a droopy prune in that department lol. I have skin left and very little fat so they just fold, I wear an extra padded bra now. They look fine with the bra! I just don't understand it, when I was smaller than my size now I was a 36C...oh well I guess after 3 kids, losing so much weight so fast and pushing 30, it was going to happen. I'm still happy anyways:o) Good luck!

Hey... I was a 44 DD too! Like the cough syrup? I think that's because it was the biggest size that Lane Bryant had, or I would have had even bigger numbers...lol. I am now a 36 D in a WonderBra or a Miracle Bra... a little soft and not so perky but very happening for a 41 year old. Yeah, I could use a lift with a tiny implant to fill out the skin, but it isnt worth going under the knife again. You have to be happy at some point with what you have and every day I count by blessings that I am not where I started two years ago. Life is great! ciao, Suze

Hi...I had WLS 22 months ago, and have lost 163lbs. I started out a 46II. The first 6-8 months, I lost in band size, but hardly anything in the cup. Then the cupsize started going down, and by the time I stablized at 153lbs, I was wearing a 36G, a very LONG 36G..lol. They literally hung to the waist, and were flat (sorry guys!! bad picture lol). I was literally rolling them to fill my bra. I got approved thru IC for a breast reduction because they caused alot of neck/shoulder/back pain, and I had surgery 7 weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier...I'm now a very nice, perky 36C. Good luck to you! Denise 316/153

I had my surgery 16 months ago and pre-op I was very top heavy. I used to wear a 44DD and I've gone down to a size 36C (Which is a very hard size to find)I'm only 26 and I've been told by many that my skin will firm up. BUT I have yet to see all this firming. :)I can't seem to find a bra that holds me up. If you know of any, please e-mail me. LOL 12/23/2002 345/185
