Response time for IMR?

Hi. My independent external review for my TT took approximately a month. That is the outside amount of time allowed by the state of NY. I sent an application for it along with letters from my PS, PCP, dermatologist and WLS surgeon as well as a detailed letter stating the sequence of events and my lack of information from the insurance company. I called in 3 weeks and the review company told me over the phone. Every state may have different procedures though. Feel free to check my profile for more details. Good luck.
