ANY ONE HAVE AETNA&DR VON RUEDEN IN BALTIMORE?

I HAVE A SURGERY DATE OF MAY 3/06 ONLY DID 3 MO ,BUT IS IT NORMAL FOR THE OFFICE TO TAKE SO LONG?I DONT HAVE APPROVAL AND GOT A SURGERY DATE! HOW LONG DO THEY TAKE?    — katrina (posted on April 2, 2006)

congrats, however I would not get your hopes up yet. there are a lot of items u must do before surgery, and one of they is getting approval. most insurance companies want u to have a 6 month approved diet plan with your PCP. you also have to see a shrink, and dietican. So unless your your doctor is great powers, you need to contact your insurance company directly and see what there proceedures are for WLS. Good luck
