Question:
What seems to be your problem.

Not sure what plan you have, but I work for a MAJOR INS CO and quote POS - (point of service) HMO benefits, all day, every day. If your plan is not one my company handles, would be better. I know the questions to ask, the lango to use, to make sure the customer service rep understands clearly what you want. I had a open gastric bypass in July of 03. I lost over two hundred pounds plus. Had have some issues with weight gain due to poor health, lack of exercise and persistant back and neck issues. But doing ok, under 200 lbs. and getting ready to have an armlift. I am a little confused, are you offering to assist fellow WLS patients with our questions in general when they come up or are you responding to someone else's question? Please clarify? Dawn
