Question:
Any spouses want to share their experience
My husband is being supportive of my decision to go ahead with the WLS, but he doesn't know what to expect. He wants to plan to help when I get home after the surgery, but isn't sure what to do. He is supportive, but concerned. He would like to talk to some other spouses or significant others. Are there any spouses out there that are willing to share their experience with him? OK.I am not to good at this. Marys husband here. e-amil mary and I will

because I now have a better chance to grow old with the person I love.

THIS IS A GREAT QUESTION BECAUSE WHEN YOU HAVE W.L.S. REALLY EVERY
FAMILY MEMBER HAS IT WITH YOU.. MY WIFE IS ALSO OVER WEIGHT,, AND BECAUSE
SHE HAS ADDISON (POOR IMMUNE SYSTEM) NO W.L.S. SURGEON WILL DO HER.. SHE
COULD DIE IF SHE GOT AN INFECTION,, SHE ASKED MY DR AT MY PRE OP CLASS.. AS
I LOST,, LOOKED BETTER,, SHE FELT BAD AT FIRST, WORRIED,, SHE FEARED I'D
LOSE WEIGHT AND LEAVE HER,, IT DOES HAPPEN,, BUT WHEN YOU LOVE SOMEONE,,
YOU LOVE THEM,, WEIGHT DOES NOT CHANGE THAT.. I HELPED HER THROUGH THIS,,
ASSURED HER NOTHING HAD CHANGED EXCEPT I LOST 240 POUNDS.. 2 YEARS OUT WE
ARE BACK TO NORMAL,, LIKE OTHER POSTERS,, E-MAIL ME AND I'LL GET MY WIFE
