Question:
Does any one know if TRI CARE PRIME covers DS?

At this time Tricare does not cover DS. You might be able to get them to do the surgery at a MTF - otherwise the DS will not be covered.

Im paying the Dr. cost, and only having Tricare pay the hospital. My DS surgery is the 27th of this month. Good luck to you

check with the tricare handbook online. it changes everyday. the section on wls has changed twice in the last month. the online copy of the handbook are the guidelines that they go by because it changes so quickly.
