Question:
Anyone in the Youngstown, Ohio area that can recommed a good psychiatrist post-op?

I am about 4 months post-op RNY. I am still fighting the "food demons" from before. I want to deal with them now so that it doesn't become a problem later on. My surgeon is in Pittsburgh, Pa. So the only psychiatrist (sp) he can recommed is in Pittsburgh. I really don't want to go all that way for that. I did go to some support group meeting here locally & in Pittsburgh but I have school on the days that the meetings are so i can no longer attend. So I thought a local psychiatrist (sp..lol) would maybe able to help me. Does anyone know of a Dr. in the Youngstown, Ohio area that is sensitive to WLS & can maybe help me with some of my food issues?    — Allison T. (posted on August 27, 2002)
