Does anyone know of a WLS friendly Insurance company?

Does anyone know of an insurance company that is WLS friendly and takes pre-existing claims? I know its a long shot, but I have to try. My insurance lapses on me in August and I need a back up plan ahead of time. In North Carolina. Thanks.    — Caroline C. (posted on March 21, 2002)

Try United Health Care. They are the BEST at approving WLS. Very friendly and very quick!
