Any of Dr. Wongsa's patients do their surgery self-pay?

I am just wondering what the price range is to be prepared for if my insurance still refuses to deny my appeal. Also, in case my insurance does approve, how much were the total costs if insurance picks it up? (I still have to pay 20%).    — [Anonymous] (posted on July 12, 2001)

I think we should all be careful about assuming the doctor who performed the surgery on Karen Reyes who passed away. We do not even know for sure if the profile is the same person. If you want to find out, call KHOU in Houston, a station that aired this story without releasing the doctor's name. The News desk phone number is (713) 521-4384. The story was aired on the 10:00 news on July 12. Flood them with calls until they atleast confirm if it was or was not Dr. Wongsa.
