Cramps in stomach...

I am 2 weeks PO, yesterday felt some cramps in my stomach. I got a little nausea as well. I ladi down and felt somewhat better. Lately I have been feeling these slight pinch feelings on the right side of my navel and also above or in my navel area. I dont have a fever, have been taking vitamins, no vomiting, but what I can say is that its been hard for me to get this puree diet down. Can anyone help? God bless.
