Cigna EPO of AZ coverage for TT and Hernia?

Hi! I may have a hernia, I will be making an appointment to see my Dr tomorrow. I was wondering if you have Cigna AZ were you able to get TT covered with hernia repair? Thanks. Hopefully it is not a hernia though :-)
