The goal is set. My next major issue is that I start my 2 week pre surgical liquid diet on Christmas week.

My insurance required 4 diatary appointments to get surgery approved. I've done that and am now waiting for my appointment with my surgeon. I've already lost 17 pounds and two dress size.
