I pray the your surgery went well with no complications. I know my God to be a healer and a cover from the hands of the enemy. As God brings you through this surgery ... keep your mind on Him and thank Him for bringing you through this. I know He has great plans for you! Bridgette aka Bee Dub

Hi Karen, I'd say don't be nervous but, heck, I was! Of course it was for nothing (except I burned a few extra calories) because my surgery went fine. The surgery itself is way down there in my book of the hardest things I've ever done but waiting for my surgery day is way up there at the top. In fact, the week before surgery was much harder than the week after. For me anyway. After surgery I had soreness more than pain. My back hurt more than my incision (go figure). Remember to keep it positive. That means only positive people around you. The negative people are ill-informed and will just sap you of your confidence. I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true. Mine did. All the best,
