Hope the surgery went well. I can relate to how you have felt. Every diet that I went on, as soon as I stopped I gained everything back plus some. My sister had bypass surgery done 5 years ago and has done wonderful! I hope this is a wonderful beginning for you on your journey. Just remember to hang in there and you can do it!!
