Hi Amy, I'd say don't be nervous but heck, I was nervous. Of course it was all for nothing (except I burned a few extra calories) because my surgery went just fine. For me the week before was harder than the week after just because I didn't know what to expect. Right after I had more soreness than pain but nothing that couldn't be managed. Remember to keep it positive. That means only positive people around you; the negative ones are just ill-informed. I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true,

Amy, WOW! Your surgery is coming up so soon. Thanks for responding to my post on the main board. I sounds like you have so much to live for. You will be fine, put your trust in God to get you thru this surgery. You will be a healthy person and be able to spend even more time with your children. Best of luck to you on the 19th!
