-update :).

well, it has been forever. i actually slipped up & went back to my normal eating habits for like 2 weeks due to having to move -which was a pain in the BUTT :]. but i started back up & im on day 14. my stomach is a little upset today but ill be fine. ive been doing really well. of course id like to get more exercise but ill work on that later. im actually looking into buying a treadmill. a used one from craigslist because it would be cheap. i havent found anything yet but ima keep searching. i would go out walking but i live in a baddd area ( around where i live has been in the newspapers alot ) soooo yeahhh im working on it. i actually bought the biggest loser exercise dvds & i just cant seem to completely finish them. its soooo hard considering i havent worked out in ages but i get winded soooo fast, soo im starting off slow. i did some of the dvd today & ill try again tomorrow. i need to try harder lol. i weigh in at 252 YAYAYAYAYAY. not baddd at all. but im hoping to lose about 7 pounds every week. that way i will be down to my goal weight sooner than later :).

i now follow a meal plan similar to this ( still below 200 calories )

-1/2 cup of cornflakes : 50 cals
-1 serving of light life veggie meat : 60 calories
-1/4 cup of tomato sauce in which i add water & make into a soup : 40
& what ever is around thats in my calories restrictions i will munch on.

soo yeahh im great & i hope everyone is also closer to achieving their goal. good luck & god bless :).
