Since the last time I posted I've lost another 19 lbs. I am feeling really good. I'm currently in a size 16 pants (down from 26/28) and a size XL shirt (from a 24/26). I am definately eating a lot more than I did just a month ago...maybe 1.25 cups instead of a cup. Although some things, like hearty soups, fill me up faster.When I had my 6 month appointment (December 4th will be my 8 monthsurgiversary!) my doctor said I needed to be exercising more so I got off to a really strong start, but now I feel myself slipping back into my couch potato days. What do you do for exercise? What motivates you?
