3rd night

Well this is my third day, and I was thinking about going out tomorrow and buying a
journal to keep my notes in on how I felt and stuff like that.
For some reason, I had this urge to look up my surgeon's name Dr. Richard Follwell, St. Louis, MO
to find out info on  him. I guess when your living on liquids you think is this for the up and up am I
really doing a wise thing here, I mean I don't really know anything about this guy. Ok so he's legitimate.
An then I found this wonderful site here to help me along. An blogs so I can watch how things are coming along.
I'm not quite understanding the whole process of shrinking my liver and mind you only drinking liquids, and proteins.
May be this site will help me understand things better.
